Description
My artwork is strongly inspired by landscapes and cityscapes. I am interested in natural landscapes, but also landscapes affected by human activity and cityscapes. In my travels and on my hikes I always bring a camera. I have worked with acrylic and watercolor on canvas and paper, but I have also made charcoal and pastel drawings. I am interested in printmaking techniques, such as monoprints, linocuts and etchings. Inspired by paintings by Norah McGuinness (Ireland) and by Tom Thomson and The Group of Seven (Canada).
