Felicity McCartan BA (fine art) is a printmaker and painter based in Collioure, France and Ireland. She explores her surroundings in West Wicklow/Kildare and in the small village of Collioure through sketching and plein air studies. These sketches may become prints or paintings or both. In printmaking she uses sustainable, non-toxic techniques.
